Mirror ("we", "our", "us") operates the Mirror digital signage platform, including the web control panel at mirror.mad.gg and the Mirror Link TV application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely hashed).
Organization Data: Information about your organization including display configurations, playlists, schedules, content metadata, and display group settings.
Content: Images and videos you upload to the platform for display on your screens.
Device Information: For TV displays, we collect device pairing codes, connection status, and heartbeat data to monitor display health.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the platform, including log data and session information.

Your data is stored on Convex, our backend platform. Content files (images and videos) are stored in Convex file storage. TV applications may cache content locally on the device for offline playback.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., hosting, authentication). We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days.
